We’re not here to pressure you into selling. Our role is to find the right fit for our client. If your business happens to be that fit, that’s great. We simply identify and introduce quality businesses like yours to qualified buyers.
Why are you reaching out to me?
We reach out to business owners and executives like you when one of our clients is interested in investing in or acquiring your company. We’ll also connect if we see your business is a strong fit for the opportunities our clients are looking for.
How do you get compensated?
We’re paid by the buyer — our client, which can be a strategic acquirer or a private equity firm. We only work on the buy side, so we don’t charge business owners or do sell-side advisory work.
What if I want to sell but don't like the buyer?
We carefully vet our clients so you don’t have to — making sure they’re serious, motivated, and great to work with. If a particular buyer isn’t the right fit and you’d still like to sell, we can connect you with other top buyers in our network.
What happens to my data?
We only share your information with a client if you choose to, and only enough to confirm their interest. If there’s a fit, we’ll make a direct introduction. We never sell or publish your data.

As deal originators, we don’t just pass along leads — we qualify every opportunity so you’re not wasting time, and we book the best ones directly into your calendar. Our work is guaranteed: if we don’t grow your deal flow and build your pipeline, you don’t pay.
How do I know the targets will fit my investment criteria?
We vet every target against your specific criteria — revenue, EBITDA, size, industry, geography, and ownership type. On top of that, we review qualitative signals like leadership changes, service fit, and expansion activity. Our goal is to ensure you only see opportunities that align with your investment thesis.
How do you get compensated?
We’re paid by you, our client. Compensation can be structured either as a percentage of the deal value or as a fixed fee per qualified introduction — whichever best fits your needs.
How does your data go beyond what we have?
Our data goes far beyond public listings and standard databases. By combining LinkedIn activity with proprietary sources covering over 40 million companies, we uncover niche opportunities that in-house teams and competitors often miss.
How do you verify the quality of your prospects?
Every lead goes through a two-step quality check. First, we validate financials, ownership, and operations across multiple data sources. Then our analysts manually review websites, service descriptions, and records to confirm fit — so only high-quality, actionable opportunities reach you.
